Important notice: The regulations permitting local authority meetings to be held remotely have now lapsed (Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020).
From 6 May 2021, the majority of physical meetings will be held in the Council Chamber with public access permitted via the second floor public gallery. However, owing to the need to maintain social distancing, the capacity of the public gallery is severely limited.
In order to minimise the risk to the public, all committee meetings will continue to be live streamed on the Derby City Council YouTube channel.
If you plan to attend a public meeting in person, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, for information on available capacity and any public health restrictions that may apply.
